The river Tethys flows endlessly through farcaster portals across hundreds of worlds. It is used as a trade route as well as means of passage for travelers.
This image was done in photoshop using a mixture of photomanipulation and matte painting techniques. The subject matter was inspired by Dan Simmons' Hyperion Cantos, an incredible series of sci fi books.
